We also provide a better guarantee of the applicability of access clauses and the protection of everyone&#8217;s interests.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The APP follows the life of the contract to which it is a signatory. The APP shall provide, for the entire duration of the agreement, information from all parties concerning the deposits made (example: alerts in the event of non-compliance with contractual commitments), as well as the updating of contacts for each party. An escrow contract is generally scheduled for 5 years.
