The escrow agreement concerns a limited number of beneficiaries and is more personalized.

 

The APP provides escrow agreement model and its Legal Department provides you with its experience in negotiating escrow agreement between several parties, particularly in an international context. We also provide a better guarantee of the applicability of access clauses and the protection of everyone’s interests.

 

The APP follows the life of the contract to which it is a signatory. The APP shall provide, for the entire duration of the agreement, information from all parties concerning the deposits made (example: alerts in the event of non-compliance with contractual commitments), as well as the updating of contacts for each party. An escrow contract is generally scheduled for 5 years. It can last up to several decades.
